TUITION INFORMATION
10-month session
(September – June)
1 class – $57/month
2 classes – $110/month
3 classes – $156/month
4 classes – $204/month
5 classes – $250/month
Each additional class – $50/month
Tuition Policy
There is a one-time per year registration fee of $50.00 per family. August 2023-July 2024.
Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month to the credit card on file.
Tuition is calculated to be charged equally throughout the dance year from September – June regardless of days in the month or studio closures.*
All Encore Dance Academy families must have a credit card on file.
In the case that a credit card payment does not go through, a full payment must be made by the 10th of the month.
Any late payment after the 10th will receive a $10.00 late fee.

Full monthly tuition will be charged every month regardless of days or holidays in that month.
Tuition is NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason.
Costume/Recital Policies
APPIES TO: 2023/2024 10-month Season only
Costume Fees will be added to your account October 15. They are Due December 15th. It is your responsibility to make sure your fees are paid in full by December 15, 2023.
We do not order costumes that haven’t been paid for.
Tuition must be paid in full in to order costumes.
If you are not participating in recital, please make sure you notify us by email as soon as possible.
In the event you purchase a costume and then move or drop class it is your responsibility to pick up or arrange/pay for the shipping of said costumes. If costumes are left for a year, they will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of Encore Dance Academy.
Drop-In rate: $20 per class (must be prearranged)
*Classes starting in October will not be charged for September
