TUITION INFORMATION
Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from September through June. Rather than charging based on the number of classes each month—which can vary due to holidays, studio closures, and the calendar—we spread the total tuition evenly throughout the dance season. This provides families with a consistent monthly payment and helps keep tuition costs as affordable as possible.
The annual tuition for 1 class a week is:
- $600 for Mini Level classes
- $620 for Levels 1–5 classes
These totals are divided into 10 equal monthly payments for the dance season. See below for multiple class discounts.
2 classes – 5% discount
3 classes – 7% discount
4 classes – 9% discount
5+ classes – 10% discount
Tuition Policy
There is a one-time per year registration fee of $75.00 per family. August 2026-June 2027.
Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month to the credit card on file.
Tuition is calculated to be charged equally throughout the dance year from September – June regardless of days in the month or studio closures.*
All Encore Dance Academy families must have a credit card on file.
In the case that a credit card payment does not go through, a full payment must be made by the 10th of the month.
Any late payment after the 10th will receive a $20.00 late fee.

Full monthly tuition will be charged every month regardless of days or holidays in that month.
Tuition is NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason.
Costume/Recital Policies
APPIES TO: 2026/2027 10-month Season only
Costume Fees will be added to your account October 15. They are Due December 15th. It is your responsibility to make sure your fees are paid in full by December 15, 2026.
We do not order costumes that haven’t been paid for.
Tuition must be paid in full in to order costumes.
If you are not participating in recital, please make sure you notify us by email as soon as possible.
In the event you purchase a costume and then move or drop class it is your responsibility to pick up or arrange/pay for the shipping of said costumes. If costumes are left for a year, they will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of Encore Dance Academy.
